DEALERSHIP SERVICE TECHNICIAN
About The Position
Countryside McDonough is seeking a Dealership Service Technician. We are a privately owned, community-oriented company where team members prioritize customer service, work well with others, and maintain a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. All team members are treated with dignity and respect and are required to follow site-specific/brand-specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which all employees are considered temporary and are not eligible for benefits. At the end of the introductory period, performance will be reviewed for continued employment.
Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand continuously.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and climb a ladder on occasion.

Responsibilities
- Performing basic car maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluids, and rotating tires.
- Operating computerized equipment to test, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles.
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring shop cleanliness and organization.
- Conducting inspections of tires and wheels, replacing and repairing as needed, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and all alignments.
- Providing exceptional customer service skills.
- Performing any and all duties as assigned by a member of management.
