About The Position
Herb Gordon Subaru, a proud member of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring an experienced dealership Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. The automotive Service Advisor/Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. MileOne Autogroup represents 73 franchises with 25 automotive brands and operates 56 service centers in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware and Missouri. Its portfolio includes the Heritage, Herb Gordon, Annapolis, MotorWorld, Hall and Plaza Motors divisions. Requirements
- Prior experience in dealership automotive service writing, REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills

Responsibilities
