About The Position

The Dealership Porter is responsible for delivering customer cars to service stalls as requested by technicians, picking up parts, performing safety inspections, oil changes, and minor repairs as directed. This role also involves doing "whatever it takes to be a team member" at Countryside. As a Countryside Team Member, exceptional customer service skills are required, along with any and all duties as assigned by management. The position requires evenings, weekends, and the ability to work varied hours and days based on business needs. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which all employees are hired as temporary employees and are not eligible for benefits. After the introductory period, performance will be reviewed for continued employment.

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand continuously
• Lift up to 60 lbs
• Bend, stoop
• Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
• Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business
• Team players and work well with their team
• Engaged and displaying pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
• Follow the site specific / brand specific procedures for offering consistent and quality customer experiences
