The Dealership Porter is responsible for delivering customer cars to service stalls as requested by technicians, picking up parts, performing safety inspections, oil changes, and minor repairs as directed. This role also involves doing "whatever it takes to be a team member" at Countryside. As a Countryside Team Member, exceptional customer service skills are required, along with any and all duties as assigned by management. The position requires evenings, weekends, and the ability to work varied hours and days based on business needs. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which all employees are hired as temporary employees and are not eligible for benefits. After the introductory period, performance will be reviewed for continued employment.
