South Shore Subaru is seeking a motivated and reliable Automotive Valet/Porter to support our service and sales departments. This customer-facing role is responsible for maintaining an organized dealership, moving vehicles safely, and ensuring customers receive a positive first impression. Requirements

Valid driver's license with a minimum of two years of driving experience required.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Nice To Haves

Clean driving record preferred.
Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
Previous dealership, valet, porter, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintain showroom and inventory vehicles in clean, display-ready condition.
Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for lot presentation.
Transport vehicles between the showroom, service department, and dealership lot.
Assist with vehicle staging and lot organization.
Maintain dealership parking areas, sidewalks, and driveways.
Remove snow, ice, and debris as needed to maintain a safe environment.
Shuttle employees between designated parking locations.
Help manage traffic flow throughout the dealership.
Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting guests and team members.
Perform additional porter and lot attendant duties as assigned.
