About The Position
H.E. McGonigal Buick Cadillac GMC is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Porter/Courtesy Driver to join our Service Department. If you enjoy driving, working with people, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you! As the first and last person many of our customers see, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping keep our dealership running smoothly.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles
- Move and park vehicles throughout the service department and dealership lot
- Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer waiting areas clean and organized
- Assist Service Advisors with customer vehicle flow
- Perform dealership errands and inter-company deliveries as needed
- Help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of courtesy vehicles
- Assist with other duties that support the service team
