About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Dealership Office Manager at Countryside McDonough. The company is a privately owned, community-oriented organization that prioritizes customer service and teamwork. Team members are expected to be engaged, display a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude, and treat others with dignity and respect. Employees must follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences. The Office Manager is responsible for completing operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and overseeing protocol and internal controls within the accounting office. The role also requires doing "whatever it takes" to be a team member. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, after which performance will be reviewed for continued employment. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed and are not eligible for benefits during this time.

Requirements

  • Ability to walk and stand continuously
  • Lift up to 60 lbs
  • Bend, stoop
  • Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Accounting Software
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Office Manager of a Dealership

Responsibilities

  • Completing operational and administrative task to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
  • Oversee protocol and internal controls within the accounting office

  • Any and all duties as assigned by a member of management
