About The Position

Five Star Nissan Warner Robins is hiring a Dealership Lot Attendant, also referred to as a Lot Porter. The role maintains the appearance and performance of the vehicle inventory, moves and retrieves vehicles, keeps dealership lots orderly, and assists customers and the service team. Candidates should be able to work flexible schedules and some weekends, have a positive and professional attitude, and hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confidence, an outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Bring vehicles around for customers picking up from Service.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags and handle vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Greet customers upon arrival when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
