Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a safe, clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year.
• Ability to communicate clearly with service advisors, sales staff, and management.
• Candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus (or willing to learn)!

Responsibilities

• Keep new, pre-owned, and service lots organized, neat, and aligned with dealership display standards.
• Inspect vehicle appearance, run vehicles through wash lanes, replenish fluids/fuel as needed, and ensure stock tags and buyer guides are placed correctly.
• Drive vehicles to and from service bays, staging areas, and parking zones safely and efficiently.
• Keep driveways, walkways, and showroom floors clean and free of debris.
• Transport vehicles between storage lots, local dealer trades, or auction sites when requested.
