Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional attitude and ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident and outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.

Responsibilities

Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to maintain inventory appearance and performance.
Replenish vehicle fluids as needed and replace batteries when necessary.
Maintain the property, including mowing the lawn, leaf blowing, weed whacking, and weeding.
Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general sales manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and the parking lot as needed.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
