The Lot Attendant is an important part of the daily operation, ensuring inventory is clean, organized, properly displayed, and ready for customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, staying active, and being part of a fast-paced team.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions

- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Move, park, stage, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot
- Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, photos, and showroom display
- Assist with vehicle basic appearance preparation
- Ensure inventory is positioned correctly and readily accessible
- Assist with incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
- Maintain proper vehicle stickers, buyer's guides, plate brackets, and other required materials
- Help identify missing keys, photos, stickers, or inventory information
- Keep the showroom and vehicle display areas organized and properly stocked
- Assist Sales and Service departments with vehicle movement and daily operational needs
- Maintain vehicle security and ensure vehicles are properly locked
- Follow dealership safety procedures and management direction
- Perform other duties necessary to keep a high-volume dealership running efficiently
