About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Lot Attendant to join our high-volume dealership team! This is more than just moving cars around the lot. Our Lot Attendants are an important part of the daily operation of a busy automotive dealership and help ensure our inventory is clean, organized, properly displayed, and ready for our customers. Requirements

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
Strong attention to detail
Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Valid Driver's License Required

Nice To Haves

Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Move, park, stage, and organize new and pre-owned vehicles
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot
Prepare vehicles for customer deliveries, photos, and showroom display
Assist with vehicle basic appearance preparation
Ensure inventory is positioned correctly and readily accessible
Assist with incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
Maintain proper vehicle stickers, buyer's guides, plate brackets, and other required materials
Help identify missing keys, photos, stickers, or inventory information
Keep the showroom and vehicle display areas organized and properly stocked
Assist Sales and Service departments with vehicle movement and daily operational needs
Maintain vehicle security and ensure vehicles are properly locked
Follow dealership safety procedures and management direction
Perform other duties necessary to keep a high-volume dealership running efficiently
