About The Position

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States. Leith Toyota in Raleigh currently has outstanding opportunities for a Lot Attendant to join our family. Our Service Porter is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Service Porters provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current valid driver’s license
Clean driving record, no blemishes

Responsibilities

Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
Parking vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
Keeping the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
Getting vehicles to/from wash as needed
Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
Other duties as assigned
