About The Position

Dealership Accounting Coordinator at the Northwest Finance Center in Klamath Falls. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with potential overtime during high-volume periods. Lithia & Driveway (LAD), a Fortune 500 company and one of North America's largest automotive retailers with nearly 450 dealerships, is seeking talented individuals for its Dealership Accounting teams. This role is part of a talent pipeline for Dealership Accounting Coordinators at the Klamath Falls Accounting Processing Center. The Dealership Accounting teams are crucial for financial operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance. LAD fosters a collaborative, growth-oriented environment that values and supports continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Dealership experience or experience processing car deals (preferred)
• Transferable experience in accounting, banking, or administrative roles is welcome

Responsibilities

• Handle check and credit card deposits and assist with reconciling cash sales accounting schedules
• Review deals for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
• Maintain notes on missing or incorrect items to support compliance
• Partner with Business Managers and dealership teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Assist with maintaining reconciled schedules as assigned
• Learn additional functions, including Title & Registration, to support team operations
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all responsibilities
