About The Position

Deal assigned games accurately while providing outstanding customer service. Follow standard game rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. The position requires standing for extended periods during most of the shift, bending and reaching across the gaming table, and using hands to deal and collect playing cards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods for the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to bend and reach across the gaming table.
• Must be able to use hands to deal and collect playing cards.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior experience or completion of dealer school is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
• Shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Calculate the face value of cards quickly and accurately.
• Exchange cash for the proper denominations of chips.
• Pick up losing bets and cards from customers’ betting squares.
• Pay winning bets and place chips in the appropriate betting squares.
• Complete required forms, records, and documents.
