About The Position

This is a training program for aspiring Table Games Dealers. Candidates will receive comprehensive training on the game of Blackjack and at least two additional specialty games. The training program is approximately 6 weeks long and will be held Monday through Friday. Regular attendance is mandatory.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Able to communicate clearly and tactfully
• Basic math skills a must
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate Louisiana Gaming License and Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Undergo training on the game of Blackjack and two or more specialty games.
• Attend classes Monday through Friday for approximately 6 weeks.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Successfully complete the interview process, including passing a basic math test.
• Acquire and maintain appropriate Louisiana Gaming License and Tribal Gaming License.
