About The Position

As a Table Games Dealer, you will help create an excellent guest experience by dealing games such as blackjack, roulette, and poker. You will engage with guests and respond to their individual stories and needs to deliver memorable experiences. The role involves dealing, protecting, and controlling one game type in a fun, fast-paced environment, while working with a diverse team to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a table games dealer in a casino establishment or successful completion of an accredited dealer training program.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests while properly dealing, protecting, and controlling one single game type.
• Communicate with management about unnatural or irregular play and game disputes.
• Use problem-solving skills to take ownership of the guest experience and exceed guest expectations.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
