About The Position

This position involves a comprehensive training program to become a dealer. The training requires full-time attendance for two weeks, focusing on learning new games and developing essential skills. Successful completion of the training and passing an audition are necessary for potential employment. The training is free for qualified applicants.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good math skills.
• Good dexterity.
• Ability to learn.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment prior to admittance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a level 2 Casino Gaming License.
• Must not have two (2) or more unexcused absences.
• Must not have three (3) unexcused tardies.
• Must successfully complete a background check (Criminal Background Check, Credit Check, Drug Screen) to obtain gaming licensure.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to pass an audition is not a guarantee of an offer for a dealing position.

Responsibilities

• Attend classes 8 hours a day, five days a week for 2 weeks.
• Learn new games such as Blackjack, Four Card Frenzy, and Louisiana Stud.
• Work flexible hours.
• Maintain excellent guest service skills.
• Follow Four Winds Casino Resort training policies and guidelines.
• Adhere to the Company's code of conduct.
• Notify Four Winds Casino Resort if unable to attend class.
• Maintain proper attire, a professional appearance, and attitude at all times.
