About The Position

If you are interested in learning the art of blackjack dealing, please join our paid Five (5) week Blackjack training course, which is now open to the public (must be over the age of 21 to qualify). Gain valuable skills and knowledge with our expert instructor and an opportunity to join our talented Table Games Team while being Paid to have FUN!

Requirements

• Must pass a math and dexterity test
• Excellent customer service skills
• High degree of mental and physical dexterity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to tactfully control and pace their assigned game
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Minimum age requirement is 21
• Ability to obtain registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board following a successful live game audition.

Responsibilities

• Learn to deal and control the pace of the game.
• Handle all bets on assigned games.
• Adhere to game protection and Legends Bay Casino dealing procedures.
• Mentally perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately while the game is in progress.
