About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join the Manheim team, part of the Cox family of businesses. The position involves being the primary contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist will act as the 'pit crew' for auction days, ensuring everything runs efficiently. The role is not remote and requires working at a specified Cox location.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 years’ experience in a related field (or a different combination of degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana pre-employment drug test not administered, but drug-free workplace policies apply)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience
• 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
• Previous experience in sales support role
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days
• Promoting Manheim’s products and services
• Helping dealers get vehicles ready for auction
• Negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, and offering reconditioning advice
