About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II to join the Manheim team at Cox Automotive. The position involves being the primary contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist acts as a support for the dealers during auction days, ensuring operations run efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 years of experience in a related field (or a different combination of degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform at a high level and adapt in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision requirements: ability to see close, far, and in color, judge distances, and adapt to changes in focus
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana not tested pre-employment, but drug-free workplace policies apply)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience
• 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
• Previous experience in a sales support role
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days

• Assisting dealers in preparing vehicles for auction
