About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Manheim Orlando in Ocoee, FL. The role involves being the go-to person for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist will act as the 'pit crew' for auction days, keeping everything running efficiently. The position focuses on online vehicle exchange, promoting Manheim's products and services, supporting digital sales and transactions, negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, and solving problems as the friendly face clients count on.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana pre-employment drug test not administered, but drug-free workplace policies apply).

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in sales support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
