About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim, part of Cox Automotive. The position involves being the primary contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The specialist will act as a support for their auction day activities, ensuring operations run efficiently. The role is not remote and requires the employee to work at a specified Cox location.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
Must clear a pre-employment drug test. Possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
Previous experience in sales support role.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
