About The Position

As a Dealer Services Analyst (DSA), you'll be at the heart of our credit team, playing a crucial role in helping customers finance their vehicles. You will evaluate a high volume of credit applications daily, assessing creditworthiness and making fast decisions on approvals or denials. You will also tackle challenging credit applications, negotiating terms with dealers and using strong judgment for decisive outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Ford/Lincoln dealers over the phone, developing and nurturing business relationships, and help facilitate vehicle sales for dealers and Ford of Canada by providing financing, all while managing lending risks responsibly.

Requirements

Bilingual (English and French)
Effective, decisive communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
