About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Dealer Marketing Fund Administrator to collaborate with our team in the management of dealership and manufacturer marketing campaigns for our diverse group of car dealerships. You’ll work in a structured, detail-oriented environment focused on managing automotive marketing processes and manufacturer requirements. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key responsibilities while developing a strong understanding of automotive marketing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Highly organized

Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of manufacturer reimbursement funds, including submission and reporting processes
- Preparation of forecast reports
- Collection and distribution of store promotions
- Maintaining, organizing, and communicating updates related to manufacturer co-op and compliance programs
