About The Position

Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City has an administrative opening on their busy support team. They are looking for a Dealer Administrator Assistant to provide support for both their Sales and Service teams. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with a pay of $15/hour. The role involves providing administrative support to the assigned management department and compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of the dealership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive titling experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable with learning new technology
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

  • Process North Carolina (NC) and Virginia (VA) DMV transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, integrity, and composure; refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
  • Maintain and scan repair orders and parts invoices
  • Organize and manage filing systems
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence
  • Assist with additional office duties as needed
