Dealer Account Managers are envisioned as dedicated individuals who provide world-class customer service to dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities. This is a full-time, remote-on-the-road position where Account Managers will assist current and future dealer partners in selling more vehicles by financing more customers. Responsibilities include educating and training current dealer partners, acquiring new sources and contacts, managing and consulting on all sales activities and account development within an assigned area, and ensuring the quality and consistency of product and service delivery. The role demands a consultative sales and management approach, with each Dealer Account Manager managing their own dealer base to ensure they understand and can leverage the Westlake Program for growth and success. Candidates should be highly motivated and dedicated, comfortable working in a field environment, and willing to travel extensively within a local market.
