About The Position

AutoNation is seeking a motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Dealer Account Manager to join the AutoNation Finance team. This team specializes in helping dealerships and consumers finance vehicle purchases, focusing on auto lending and developing long-term relationships with stores to generate quality receivables. This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to reside in Nevada and be able to drive to dealerships within the state.

Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Proven ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent follow-through and organization
• Confident, professional presentation skills
• True desire to give outstanding customer service
• High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
• Results focused with a competitive drive
• Working knowledge of MS office software (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
• Must reside in Nevada
• Must be able to drive to dealerships in Nevada

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for AutoNation dealerships in Southern California, providing consistent support and guidance to ensure alignment, enhance collaboration, and maximize performance.
• Initiate and build relationships with dealership personnel, including General Managers, Finance Managers, Sales Department, and Business Office.
• Actively support dealers through daily interactions and hands-on guidance, focusing on reinforcing processes, answering questions, and providing additional training.
• Assist dealers in navigating the funding process by acting as a liaison between AutoNation Finance and AutoNation dealerships, ensuring dealers have the necessary information to move deals forward.
• Achieve key performance metrics, including unit goals and deal volume, to drive individual and dealership performance.
