About the position

The analyst will collaborate with various teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth deal progression and timely closure. They will also be responsible for conducting deal reviews, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for deal structuring. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in deal desk operations or contract management, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze service orders to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Verify pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure accuracy and alignment with established guidelines.
- Conduct thorough deal reviews, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for deal structuring.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to ensure smooth deal progression and timely deal closure.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of finalized deals in the company's systems.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the deal desk function.
Requirements
- Prior experience in deal desk operations, sales support, or contract management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex information and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using CRM and deal management tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and revenue recognition principles is a plus.
