About The Position
Our client, a well-established, deal-driven financial institution, is undergoing a significant CRM transformation, migrating from Salesforce to DealCloud. The company is seeking three CRM Specialists with 3-7 years of experience to play a crucial role in this high-impact initiative. These specialists will be responsible for supporting the entire CRM migration process, configuring DealCloud to meet specific deal workflows and relationship management needs, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption. A key part of the role involves developing and delivering training programs for over 500 users across the organization, acting as subject matter experts on DealCloud, and ensuring data quality and system usability post-migration.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of CRM experience (DealCloud strongly preferred; Salesforce required)
- Experience supporting CRM implementations or migrations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience delivering user training at scale is highly desirable
- Background in financial services, private equity, or investment banking is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end CRM migration activities from Salesforce to DealCloud
- Configure and optimize DealCloud to align with deal workflows and relationship management needs
- Partner with business stakeholders (bankers, deal teams) to gather requirements and drive adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs for ~500+ users across the organization
- Act as subject matter experts on DealCloud functionality and best practices
- Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and system usability post-migration
