About The Position

This is a temporary DD Preschool Paraeducator position for the 2026–27 school year. Two positions are available. Under the direction and supervision of a building administrator and the supervision of licensed or certificated staff, paraeducators support student instruction and supervision. The role also includes preparing instructional materials, carrying out behavior management plans, providing general health-room support and personal health-related services for medically fragile students or students with special needs, performing limited clerical and reception tasks, and completing other related duties assigned by a supervisor. The position is listed as 3 hours daily for 144 contract days, with an ASAP start date.

Applicants must meet the paraeducator job terms stated in the posting: complete two years of study at an institution of higher education meeting the five criteria of the Higher Education Act, with all classes at level 100 or higher; hold an associate degree or higher (all associate degrees are acceptable); or pass the ETS ParaPro Assessment. Requirements
