About The Position

The Procurement Lead is responsible for delivering Data Center projects from mobilization through completion and handover. The role carries accountability for safety, cost, schedule, quality, technical alignment, and team performance across all functions. It leads the organization, coordinates contractors and internal teams, and ensures client requirements are carried out in accordance with approved scope and contractual commitments. The role serves as the primary point of accountability to the Program Manager and client for overall project performance.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience managing large-scale critical infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Proven track record delivering full-lifecycle projects involving multiple contractors and high schedule pressure.
• Strong experience in cost control, forecasting, schedule recovery, and commercial awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex, site-based environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or 20+ years of progressive project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the assigned project safely, on schedule, and within the approved budget.
• Own cost control, forecasting, and margin protection.
• Manage the schedule and ensure timely recovery of deviations.
• Lead and align site functions as an integrated delivery team.
• Coordinate contractors and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are met in accordance with approved scope and contractual commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability to the Program Manager and client for overall project performance.
• Maintain accountability for project quality, technical alignment, and team performance.
