About The Position

The Opportunity As a DCM (Kyriba & Workiva) Alliance Driver - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key companies to enhance our client offerings. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Your efforts will be instrumental in capturing new business opportunities and promoting the firm's services through innovative market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. As a Manager, you will lead teams with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs
