About The Position

Provides technical assistance, support and advice to developers, senior analysts, and others in the development of software applications. Supports end-users and troubleshoots, interprets, tests, and resolves user problems. Serves as a liaison between internal/external departments, Dallas County IT, contractors, and vendors. Collaborates with department personnel, other County staff, and other law enforcement agencies staff to provide technical support, facilitate activities between departments, and assist in managing vendor relationships. Conducts reviews and audits of Criminal Justice System access for all Dallas County users and all agencies with County TCIC/NCIC access.
