About The Position

This position works in a distribution environment with a focus on order picking, order loading, and items put away. Unload and put away inbound receipts and transfers. Pull, stage, and load outbound orders. Pull and load outbound transfers to the production site. Checks and corrects outbound and inbound paperwork for accuracy. Use of the WMS (Warehouse Management System). Perform trailer inspections. Recoup damage when necessary. Manage floor plans for finished goods and raw materials to be most efficient. Perform job functions in line with the SQF code. Assist in housekeeping activities at the Distribution Center. Attend pieces of training provided and suggested. Engage in special projects with DC Management. Communicate stop-call-wait situations, failures, and anything requiring management approval to DC Management. Assist in equipment maintenance with maintenance techs to properly identify and resolve issues.
