About The Position

This role provides support to the Pennsylvania Distribution Center by providing IT support to various distribution center operations. Additionally, Provides desktop support to onsite end users. The essential duties and responsibilities for the DC Operations Associate position may include the following. Utilize AS400 and Access databases to process, print, and prepare shipping documents, special instructions, labels, reports, and other materials for operations and promotional assembly Enter and modify system date to ensure accuracy and accessibility to documents Provide onsite desktop support for local users including but not limited to computers/laptops, peripherals, centralized printing /copy machines, conference room equipment, RF units and other equipment as needed As needed, function as a liaison between GIT and local users to trouble shoot, resolve issues, and install/remove programs Maintain inventory of needed supplies Maintain User Account access and update account folder as per Internal Audit Contact vendors for service and repair of computer room equipment and network printers as needed Ability to attend work regularly and in a timely manner Able to perform work accurately and efficiently Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and learn various programs Other responsibilities and tasks assigned by your manager or supervisor Work with DC network improvement teams on new project implementations

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, business administration or a related field. Plus 3 or more years’ related experience and/or training. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management experience
  • Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
  • Able to write correspondence
  • Advance skills with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Familiar with AS400 software and SQL programming
  • Able to analyze and solve problems
  • Able to gather, track, analyses and interpret reports, graphs, and other data
  • Mathematical Skills- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Computer with Windows based operating system
  • Microsoft Office (intermediate or above)

Responsibilities
