Requirements

2+ years of warehouse experience
To be skilled in problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
Willing and able to work on powered equipment (forklifts, etc.)

Previous forklift experience
Customer service skills

Responsibilities

Administrative support for the Distribution Center
Coordinating with other Acme departments and/or locations to resolve customer issues and/or answer questions about products
Being the main point of contact for customer service and retail stores via phone, e-mail, Teams etc.
Assist with batch upkeep/cleaning and locating items not processed in batches
Working alongside leadership in maintaining spreadsheets and data for products to ensure orders, PO’s and other operations are completed in a timely manner.
Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
Assist with picking/processing orders and transfers to be picked up by stores/customers.
