About The Position
The DC Lead I directs and coaches employees in a manufacturing environment. The role oversees and assists with order picking, replenishing and moving product, and processing orders. It also involves scheduling pick-ups, monitoring performance and production goals, maintaining compliance with processes and policies, identifying and correcting production issues, and keeping the work area organized and clean.
Requirements
- Education equivalent to four years of high school.
- Two to three years of general labor experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Two years of lead experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders.
- Schedule pick-ups.
- Train and coach employees.
- Monitor performance and production goals.
- Correct errors and escalate them to the appropriate individual.
- Create bills of lading (BOLs) and bills orders.
- Perform computer-related tasks and run reports.
- Ensure processes and policies are followed.
- Identify and correct production issues.
- Maintain the overall organization and cleanliness of the area.
