About The Position

The DC Inventory Control Auditor ensures product accuracy by frequently auditing inventory, outbound containers, and inbound vendor receipts. The role helps maintain the integrity of inventory flow by identifying discrepancies and communicating findings clearly, supporting dependable distribution operations and customer readiness. Daily work includes counting inventory with RF equipment, reviewing documentation, and supporting compliance with company guidelines. The auditor collaborates with team members and partners to address issues and maintain operational alignment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and understand computer printouts.
• Effective listening, speaking, and writing skills.
• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet using mezzanines or equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Ability to use RF devices and material handling equipment.
• Regular in-office attendance.
• Acceptable hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards.
• Key skills include time management, 10-key skills, and communication.

• Six months of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit inventory, outbound containers, and inbound vendor receipts.
• Count inventory using RF equipment.
• Review documentation and support compliance with company guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and clearly communicate findings.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, DC Operations, vendor receipt teams, outbound shipping, quality functions, and other partners to resolve issues and support accurate operations.
• Step in to support other work as needed while prioritizing core duties.
