This role is for a 2nd shift DC General Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, with a starting rate of $23.50/hr, plus additional performance-based incentives of up to $5.50/hr. The shift typically starts between 3p-11:30p but can vary.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse operations
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered accurately, maintaining our exceptionally high standards.
Perform general warehouse duties to facilitate the flawless flow of goods throughout the facility.
Assist site management in aligning with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, completing necessary documentation and records.
Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold, liaising with other departments to determine and successfully implement solutions.
Pick and pack goods ready for dispatch, ensuring that every order meets our world-class quality standards.
Follow company compliance along with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements rigorously.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our ambitious operational goals.
Carry out other duties as assigned to contribute to the team’s success.
