About The Position

The DC Associate – Cut to Order works in a fast-paced warehouse environment to help fulfill customer orders and support Rio Grande’s distribution operations. The role involves stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise while meeting the same-day shipping service-level agreement, accuracy requirements, and productivity standards. Associates work collaboratively, communicate consistently, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role is based in Rio Grande’s operations areas, which are a metal-free environment. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a shift beginning between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and ending between 6:00 and 7:00 PM; the Shipping Team works 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail, research, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email and basic computer navigation.
Ability to maintain or exceed productivity standards.
Ability to meet required attendance standards.
Ability to work successfully within a team.
Willingness to treat mistakes as learning opportunities and be open to constructive feedback and discussion.
Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, lift, reach, twist, and walk regularly throughout the shift.
