About The Position

The DC Associate works in Rio Grande’s distribution center as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented operation. The role supports customer service by stocking, picking, packing, or shipping merchandise to meet the same-day shipping service-level agreement. Associates collaborate with their team, communicate consistently, and meet accuracy and productivity standards. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a shift beginning between 7:00 and 9:00 AM and ending between 6:00 and 7:00 PM; the shipping team works 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The role includes regular lifting of 20 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as regularly standing, bending, stooping, lifting, reaching, twisting, and walking. Rio Grande’s operations areas are a metal-free environment.

Requirements
