About The Position

Clinical position located in Rutland, MA. Monday-Friday, daytime, with on-call rotation. Starting at $61,200/yr up to $67,484/yr, depending on Education/Experience. $3,000 Sign-on Bonus. Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's Trafford House program serves females 12 to 21 with various psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. With 1 staff to 4 students ratio, this program is focused on increasing independence and preparing individuals to move on from Devereux. As a Clinician, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services including; functional behavior assessments (FBAs), positive behavior support plans, in-vivo coaching, assessment of functional skill level, and clinical consultation to direct care staff and families. Our Clinicians collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to provide Individual, Group and Family Therapy. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is ABA within a trauma informed care milieu.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
Must have relevant behavioral experience.
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.

Responsibilities

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Develop positive behavior support plans
Provide in-vivo coaching
Assess functional skill level
Provide clinical consultation to direct care staff and families
Collaborate with Case Managers and Program Directors to provide Individual, Group and Family Therapy
