In this role, you’ll provide impactful psychological services within our adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, engaging with a diverse range of clients through individual therapy and co-facilitating DBT skills groups. Starting Pay: $55,000 - $70,000 annually for unlicensed therapists; $70,000 - $85,000 annually for licensed therapists. Actual compensation may vary as determined by licensure, education, experience, skillset, FT/PT status, and schedule. Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure
Passionate about diving into adherent DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients.
Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Lead DBT group sessions, turning each one into a masterclass of skill-building and support.
