Requirements

RRT, RPSGT, CPSGT, RN or RPN/LPN (in good standing)
A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
An inherent ability to build quick and earnest rapport with customers.
A high level of confidence in identifying the client's needs and acting accordingly
Ability to quickly learn new software programs and other technologies including EMR, virtual care tools and Microsoft office
Strong awareness of patient confidentiality.
Ability to adapt, prioritize and work collaboratively within a team
Vehicle and able to work at mobile clinic in the Calgary area

Nice To Haves

Experience in sleep therapies, CPAP therapy and virtual care is a strong asset

Responsibilities

Working directly with patients to assess sleep health needs and develop personalized therapy plans
Completing virtual calls with patient to support ongoing treatment needs
Setting up and supporting CPAP equipment and providing patient education in a professional and compassionate manner
Document patient interactions in EMRs and maintaining accurate records
Acting as a role model and ambassador to the company and living by our shared values
Supporting clinic operations and driving sleep health-related product sales
Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to ensure effective, coordinated care
