DB / ETL Tester + Automation
About The Position
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a DB / ETL Tester + Automation. This is a Full Time - Contract position with a duration of 12+ Months, located in Plano, TX. The role requires extensive experience in ETL and database testing, with a strong emphasis on data validation, data reconciliation, and source-to-target mapping verification. The ideal candidate will also possess significant experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including the creation and maintenance of database objects, and automation testing using industry-standard tools. Experience in test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and test execution processes is crucial, as is a solid understanding of Oracle databases and data warehousing concepts. Experience within the banking or financial domain is preferred.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ETL and database testing, including data validation, data reconciliation, and source-to-target mapping verification.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and performance tuning
- 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining database objects such as tables, views, indexes, sequences, synonyms, materialized views, procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- 5+ years of experience with test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and test execution processes.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle databases and data warehousing concepts.
