About The Position
Griswold Care Pairing for Chester and Lancaster Counties is seeking compassionate, experienced caregivers to provide services to local seniors. As an independent contractor, caregivers have the flexibility to set their own schedules, choose their clients, and negotiate their pay. The agency focuses on matching seniors with caregivers who have a genuine passion for helping others, allowing seniors to live in their homes with the assistance they need.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience with caregiving
- Driver's license and a reliable vehicle (preferred but not required)
- Car insurance (if applicable)
- Criminal background check and child abuse clearance
- TB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
Responsibilities
- Provide care to clients in Chester and Lancaster Counties.
- Offer transportation to doctor's appointments and grocery stores as needed.
- Negotiate pay based on the level of care provided and experience.
