About The Position

At PwC, our workforce consulting professionals focus on delivering consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. They are responsible for analyzing client needs, developing people and organization strategies, and providing guidance to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. As a workforce consulting generalist, this role involves providing comprehensive support and driving end-to-end organization and talent transformation initiatives that align with the overall strategy of the organization. This includes applying a broad understanding of organizational and workforce consulting solutions across areas such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, and organizational design to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. As a Dayforce Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in the successful implementation of Dayforce WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions, leveraging your expertise in Dayforce products and implementation. The role also involves developing leadership skills, motivating and mentoring junior staff, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment while embracing technology and innovation.

Requirements

  • Consulting experience with demonstrated experience in HR/WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions functions via system implementation
  • Ability to navigate complex situations to enhance personal and technical growth, and to develop a thorough understanding of the business context
  • 3 years of experience with Dayforce and implementing other HCM/Payroll technologies
  • A Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments. Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with Dayforce or other ERP systems solutions, including, SAP, Oracle, ADP

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Dayforce Payroll solutions
  • Guide teams in strategic planning and execution
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Achieve successful project delivery and uphold quality standards
  • Refine financial processes to benefit clients
  • Manage client relationships and account expectations
  • Utilize knowledge in Dayforce to drive process improvements
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
  • Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
  • Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions, as well as managing work streams of a complex project to implement improvements
  • Identify and address client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues
  • Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes system application implementations and software configurations
  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the Payroll functions powered by Dayforce
