Requirements

• Ability to work remotely
• Proficiency in processing end-to-end payroll using Ceridian Dayforce
• Knowledge of federal, provincial/state, and local payroll regulations
• Ability to maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, leaves, status changes, and compensation updates
• Skill in reviewing and reconciling payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits
• Experience in completing payroll audits and identifying discrepancies, recommending and implementing corrective actions
• Ability to prepare and submit year-end reporting such as T4s, W-2s, ROEs, and other statutory filings as applicable
• Subject matter expertise on Dayforce modules, including Payroll, Workforce Management, and Time & Attendance
• Ability to assist employees and managers with payroll-related questions and troubleshoot Dayforce issues
• Experience in supporting configuration updates, testing, and enhancements within Dayforce
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes
• Strong knowledge of employment standards, payroll legislation, and internal policies

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll using Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, provincial/state, and local regulations.
