Bishop Grady VillasGrand Rapids, MI
$43,929 - $49,129Hybrid

About The Position

At Magnify, a ministry of the Diocese of Orlando, we believe every person deserves opportunities to learn, grow, build relationships, and participate fully in their community. Magnify is a ministry serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Central Florida. We are seeking a Day Program Manager to oversee the daily operations, quality, compliance, and staffing of our adult day services program. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines program management, staff supervision, documentation oversight, participant engagement, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate understands that great services require both strong relationships and strong systems. You will spend time supporting staff, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, monitoring participant outcomes, and maintaining an active presence within the program. This is not solely an office-based management position. Managers are expected to be engaged in the program, interact with participants, observe services, attend community outings, and provide direct support when operational needs require. This is a full-time position with a consistent daytime schedule. Hours: Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No overnight shifts, no rotating schedules, and no major holidays. The Day Program Manager is expected to maintain an active presence within the program, build relationships with participants and staff, observe services in real time, attend community outings, and provide direct support when operational needs require. Managers may occasionally facilitate activities, lead groups, or provide classroom coverage to ensure continuity of services and compliance with staffing requirements. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable reviewing documentation, coaching employees, interacting with participants, solving operational challenges, and stepping into a classroom when needed. This position requires a leader who understands that quality services are achieved through both strong compliance practices and active engagement with the people we serve.
