About The Position

Clean Team Inc. is hiring a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of an educational facility throughout the day. The role suits someone who takes initiative, works well independently, enjoys staying active, and takes pride in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with weekends off. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Clean Team offers paid training, ongoing support, a supportive management team, and opportunities for advancement and growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to remain active, walk, and stand throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout assigned buildings and common areas.
• Monitor and clean restrooms throughout the shift.
• Respond to spills, touch-up cleaning, and urgent cleaning requests.
• Empty trash and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Restock paper products, soap, and other necessary supplies.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Communicate building needs or concerns to management.
• Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
